Minute Badge

The "Minute Badge" has been around since the Australian Barefoot Waterski Club began in 1963. To achieve the badge a skier must be able to barefoot waterski continuously for 1 minute or over 2 x 30 sec passes in a lake. An accredited barefoot waterski coach must confirm competency by witnessing the ski or a video.

The badge also provides an Australian historical record of its members. Barefoot Australia is keen to update its records and fill the gaps in the missing history of the badge holders, please contact us if you are able to help.
